Day 1: Tiruvanthapuram - Kovalam

Arrive at Trivandrum, the capital of the state of Kerala (also called as the God's own Country). From the airport drive straight to Kovalam which has one of the most beautiful beaches of the world. The surf here is ideal for surf riding and the water invites the visitor to ride the "Catamaran" or log with the fisherman, or to take a cool swim. Nearby is the Beach centre of aquatic sports. Arrive & check in at the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax & explore the beach.

Day 2: Kovalam

Proceed on a full day excursion to Kanya Kumari, enrote visit the stunning Padmanabhapuram palace. Arrive at Kanyakumari and visit Kanyakumari Amman temple, Vivekanand Rock memorial, Tiruvalluvar memorial. Enjoy the unique experience of Sunset & Moon rise over the confluence of the 3 seas namely the Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian sea at the southernmost tip of India. Return to Kovalam in the evening. Overnight at Kovalam.

Day 3: Kovalam

Breakfast at hotel. For the half-day visit Shree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Napier Museum, Chitralayam Art Gallery, Zoological Gardens, Reptile House Observatory and Kanakakannu Palace at Trivandrum. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Kovalam.

Day 4: Kovalam - Quilon

After breakfast, drive to Quilon one of the oldest ports of the Malabar Coast which was once the centre of international spice trade. Quilon is famous for its delicious Cashew and Seafood. After checking in at hotel set out to see some historic remains and the temples built in ornate style. Also visit the village to know the life style and culture of locals. Overnight at Quilon.

Day 5: Quilon

Enjoy the day in the backwaters of Quilon. Optionally try a rejuvenating Ayurvedic Therapy message at the Ayurvedic Centre. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Quilon - Alleppey

Breakfast at hotel. From Quilon, drive to Chengannacherry, where you will visit the Nagaraja temple dedicated to the God of snakes, watch the rituals performed there. Then around noon check-in to a houseboat and proceed on a backwater cruising, traversing narrow canals and witnessing the village life of Kerala. At Night the boat will anchor on the Vembunad Lake. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Alleppey - Periyar

After breakfast disembark from the houseboat and depart for Periyar by noon. After lunch take a safari to a nearby Plantations & villages.

Day 8: Periyar

Take an early morning boat ride over Lake Periyar to watch animals in their natural habitat on the water's edge. While cruising on Lake Periyar, you are likely to see animals like Wild Boars, Sambars, Wild Dogs, Langur Monkeys and Wild Elephants. For lunch return back to your hotel. Post-lunch trekking in the National park with a local forest guide. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Periyar - Munnar

From Periyar continue to Munnar set amidst South India's most dramatic mountain scenery with craggy Peaks, crisp mountain air and manicured Tea Estates. It is a perennial favourite of 'Honeymooners' and offer magnificent scenery and wonderful walks. At Munnar you are free to explore the beauty of nature.

Day 10: Munnar

After breakfast, proceed to the National park by trek uphill which is a 8 km walk witnessing beautiful landscapes, tea estates and waterfalls. Reach on top of the Rajamalai Hill and return downhill by car/jeeps. Visit Mattupatti Dam and Swiss farm.

Day 11: Munnar - Cochin (142 Kms - 4 hrs)

Early morning, depart from Munnar for Cochin. At Cochin, visit Mattancherry Palace, Fort Cochin, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Bolgatty Palace etc. In the afternoon, enjoy a Harbour cruise and in the evening, visit Cochin Cultural centre for viewing the Kathakalli Opera Show. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Cochin

Day free until departure. Drop at the airport for onward destination.
